Pam Lozoff
Pam Lozoff (she/her), ACSW is a mental health practitioner, trauma-informed facilitator and writer; her work follows her deep curiosity about the places of intersection between our internal and external worlds and systems. She brings with her 12 years of community and school-based mental health practice as a social worker, with a Masters in Social Work from Columbia University, preceded by her undergraduate education in Psychology and Spanish from UC Davis. Pam has worked across Bay Area schools and in community clinics as a counselor, therapist, and a facilitator. She has developed and facilitated curriculum in mindfulness and social-emotional learning with students, educators, and parents. Her trauma-informed and mindfulness training has been guided by organizations such as: Niroga Institute, Seeds of Awareness, the Radical Aliveness Institute, People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond, Urban Yoga Foundation, and the Open Studio Process.
Pam was born and raised in the Bay Area, attended schools in Sunnyvale, and currently lives in San Jose. She loves spending time in nature, with friends and family, dancing, and making art.
