Morgan Rayner
Resilience Consultation Program Manager
Morgan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and earned her Master's in Social Work (MSW) from UCLA. She received her B.A. in Clinical Psychology and Community Health from Tufts University. She has been providing school-based mental health support in the Bay Area for the last 8 years, supporting students and staff within diverse communities and schools. Morgan has worked as a therapist, school social worker, mentor, and district coordinator for therapeutic interventions. She is deeply passionate about supporting young people and adults in feeling more connected to themselves and others through Social Emotional Learning and psychosocial support, with the hope of cultivating more compassionate, inclusive and just communities.
Raquel Villa Linares
Asst. Director of Clinical Training,
Collaborative Counseling Program Psychotherapist
Raquel was born in Mexico where she grew up and started her career in the counseling psychology field. She earned a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Family Therapy from U.M.S.N.H in Mexico, and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University with an emphasis in Health Psychology. During the past years, Raquel has worked and volunteered at multiple settings, including direct work in community mental health, residential treatment, school based counseling and outpatient settings. Raquel enjoys working with individuals, couples and families. Currently, Raquel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with at-risk youth as a Psychotherapist for the Collaborative Counseling Program, where she is also the Asst. Director of Clinical Training.
