Cindy Goldman
Cindy is a Vice President at J.P. Morgan and a Relationship Manager for the Integrator Partnerships team within the Payments business in the Corporate and Investment Bank. In this role, Cindy manages several high profile partners integrated into the J.P. Morgan Payments infrastructure and focuses on the partner’s ability to provide technical and functional solutions for Merchant Services clients. Prior to this role Cindy was responsible for product development in LATAM, analyzing business risk and gathering internal and external regulatory approvals. Cindy has been with J.P. Morgan for over 28 years and has worked in different roles across the Payments business including Client Service and Implementation, Program Management and Product Management.
Cindy is a former small business owner, an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tampa, and has created a podcast series for the Fiap University in Brazil on “The Art and Science of Negotiation”. She’s a leader of diversity and inclusion initiatives and dedicating her time to causes that benefit and recognize women inside and outside of J.P. Morgan. She serves on the Leadership Committee and is Member Ambassador for Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions (Wnet).
Cindy is currently volunteering with Taproot providing pro bono consultation for a Women-Owned small business. Cindy earned her Bachelor of Liberal Studies as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Tampa. She resides in Clearwater, Florida and has travelled to over 50 countries.
