Cheyenne Berry


Cheyenne Berry received a B.A. in Outdoor Recreation from San Francisco State University in 2001. Upon graduating she spent many years leading outdoor adventure trips for teenagers, who came from diverse cultures and had diverse abilities, on extended trips throughout California. She went on to obtain her masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Wright Institute in 2015. Since receiving her masters, Cheyenne has focused on working within the school system, providing therapy to students and their families. Cheyenne has provided therapy in the general education setting and also in the special education department, supporting high risk students managing complex trauma and neurodivergent functioning. Cheyenne began working with Acknowledge Alliance in 2018 as a Resilience Consultant and SEL educator. After pursuing other opportunities for 3-years, Cheyenne is excited to return to Acknowledge Alliance for the 2022-2023 school year to support teachers, administrators and staff to manage stressors and enhance personal wellbeing.
